How many times i can reschedule my registered microsoft azure exam before attending it on actual date??

There is no limit in rescheduling an exam appointment for as long as the exam is still active/non-expire. Microsoft will waive the additional fee if you cancel and reschedule the exam within 24 hours prior to the appointment.
