How to connect my work place to get free examination of Power BI PL-300?

Since we tried many times to schedule an exam to get 100% discount, but may be I have two Microsoft account, so when I tried to get back my 1st account which should be linked to my company account, but I forgot my password, so I reset my password, after reset, a message tell me I haven't connect to my company account, so I may not get any discount for any examination. I want to schedule an exam at the training centre. Please help me to fix my problem.

I appreciate your time and effort you invested scheduling your exam along with your discount. Let me help you with the process for you to be able proceed with your registration.

Please know that to avoid error in redeeming any discount, as per design, you are required to use a personal/Microsoft account (outlook/gmail/hotmail) then you will be given an option to link the work email address on the discount page to redeem your benefit.   

You can visit this Vouchers and redeeming discounts page for the step-by-step process in scheduling your exam. While scheduling, when you reach the "Select Exam Options" page, please make sure to choose your preferred exam delivery method. Kindly see the image below:

Kindly clear your browser’s cache and cookies and may try via InPrivate/incognito if you are to experience browser issue.  

Additionally, starting March 1, 2023. ESI have changed Certification Exam Policy. Candidates will be charged a cost upon registering for the exam that is equal to 50% of the exam provider's current pricing and the other 50% would be discounted as part of the Microsoft Enterprise Skills Initiative benefits. The price of each exam may vary based on the country or location.

For further assistance, I would recommend contacting the ESI support team first as they are the ones who handle discounts obtained through your organization. You may contact the ESI Support team through the link below and please use your work email address when creating a ticket from them:
