Kindly keep in mind that with the changes implemented in our site on July 8th, our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm to our customers any personal information from their Learn Profiles, such as contact email address or email used to access their Learn profiles unless the candidate provides us with the correct email addresses.
Our main recommendation is that you identify the email used to schedule your Certificate using any personal or work Microsoft account you may have used to register for your latest Exam and achieve your Certificate.
These emails are inaccessible through our support. Currently, we do not have the authorized tools to access sensitive information of our candidates.
Kindly remember If the correct email address is not provided from your side, we cannot confirm which email address is the correct one due to the new security policy.
