How to download a copy of old MCTS Certifications (SQL Server)

Hi,

I am trying to find a way to download a copy of my old certifications for MCTS (taken 2009 and 2013), but I only have my MCPID available. When I login to my Certification Dashboard now, no certifications appear, highly likely because I'm using my Windows Live ID before which I can't remember the credentials now. Is there any other way I can download these old certificates for documentation purposes?

Thanks in advance for any help!
