how to get access to company discounts in certification account

Hi,

I am trying to get MB-500 certification, I have company account and personal account linked, I have certification account and I want to have access to company certification discount (if I understand it correctly, then company will pay for certification this way), but in certifications on step 2 (discount), none are showing to me. I feel like I ran out of options to try to resolve this issue on my own, so I am asking here for help.

Let me assist you on how to obtain the exam discount from your company.

If your company has a discount associated, you will need to link your work email in the "Discount" page of your Certification profile. Kindly follow the steps below to proceed with the registration with the discount:

1. Use Microsoft Edge in InPrivate mode. Go to exam MB-500 and select "Schedule exam" after choosing your country.

2. Sign in using your personal Microsoft account associated to your Certification profile.

3. Once you are on your Certification profile, please make sure to complete all required fields with an asterisk * and avoid entering special characters as this may cause an error. When your profile is complete, select “Next."

4. On the "Discount" page (Step 2), you may then enter your company email address if the discount is still not visible in all lower case then "Check Discount." In case the code is delayed, you can try to "Resend code." You may also check these pages:

5. Once a discount is available, please make sure to click the "Apply Discount" button to ensure that this will be applied at checkout.

Should you still unable to view the discount, I would recommend contacting the ESI Support team by creating a ticket using the link below and sign in with your work email. Rest assured that they can further assist you in using your company discount.
