How to get score card for exam given through prometric

in the microsoft.com/mcp site, i am ableto see the certificate and transcritps but not the sccore cards.

One my employer want them along with scorecards for documents submission.


please help me to get the scorecards of exams given through prometric. Thanks in advance!

Let me provide clarification exam score report access and point you to the correct support who can provide assistance on how you can get copies of your scorecards. 



Upon checking, you may contact your Prometric Regional Contact Center to verify if they can still provide you a copy of your exam score report for the exams that you have taken from them.

Note that score report that can be access through the Microsoft Dashboard page are the one's taken from Pearson VUE hence is why this is not reflecting.
