How to register for the Exam???

Hi I attended the Microsoft Power Platform Virtual training yesterday by Rory Neary 

Today I received an email to say I can take the exams at no cost.

Once you have completed this training you are eligible to take the Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification exam at no cost. How to schedule your exam:

  • Five business days after the event has concluded click to view the exam details  >>> OR should I wait till next week (2-Oct) to register?
  • Click the Schedule Exam button to begin the online registration process   >>> Which button to click??? As screen shot below.
  • Sign in or create a Certification Profile               >>> Do I create using my same email? Seems the first button says only gmail or yahoo?
  • Navigate to the exam discounts page and enter the EMAIL you REGISTERED for the event with. You must link your account to receive discount.
  • For any issues with your exam redemption, please open a case with Certification Support  >>> This mail are my queries. Hope you can help.

However, can you let me know how to register? 

I clicked the above link and it brings me to the site but which one to choose?Thanks in advance!

Thank you for posting your query.

 

While scheduling the exam on your Microsoft Certification profile make sure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled (Please remove any Special Characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your Name and Address), save & continue.

 

On the Exam Discount page, enter your registered email address and Check Eligibility to avail voucher less exam. Please try in In-private browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and let me know if you face any issue.

Learners who faced similar issue were able to redeem their free exam after following the below troubleshooting steps. Hence, we request you to try the below steps multiple times until you succeed:

·         Sign-out from the browser

·         Clear cache

·         Delete cookies

·         Use an "InPrivate/Incognito" browser session or

·         even try on a different browser and redeem the offer using the email address that was used to register for the training.

Hi Deepak,

When I try with Pearson Vue, the site requires me to register with a new account and requires a hotmail or gmail account instead of this email account where I registered the training with. In this case, how should I proceed?
