How to reschedule my Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst exam?

How to reschedule my . I wasn't able to successfully clear it due to some issues. It has just been 12-13 hours.

As I understand that issues happening during your PL-300 exam are unexpected and initially it is best to reach this out to Pearson VUE as they have direct access to your exam appointment and provide you with recommendations that best fit your situation specifically with rescheduling your exam in a convenient way. Be aware that their website provides the option to contact them via a live phone call for real-time assistance. You can select your region to see all the available support in your area. Additionally, they have introduced a feature that allows you to speak with an agent through live chat.

Should you need further assistance after contacting Pearson VUE, you can provide us with the case ID number provided by them along with the requested information through the private message I initiated. This will help me verify your account and forward your concern to our Support Team for investigation and explore options that best fit your issue.

Meanwhile, as per the guideline that @Julian provided, yes this is the process on how you can reschedule your exam. Moreover, the rescheduling process must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled exam, or your fee will be forfeited. On the other hand, once it is already past your appointment, you will need to process a new registration wherein a regular fee is required unless you use discounts such as ESI, student discount and FTE. Also, the missed/past exams won't appear on your dashboard to be available for rescheduling or canceling.
