As we understand from your post, you are having trouble accessing your MCSC Certification, as it is missing from your Learn profile. We are happy to help!
To properly assist you, we need you to please share with us a PSR (Problems Steps Recorder) recording, showing what you see when you select the "Credentials" tab and click "Certifications" to view and share your Certificates, as well as the account you are using to sign in.
If you have multiple Microsoft accounts/email addresses, please include what you see when you sign into your Learn profile with every one of your accounts, as your Certificates could have been achieved with a different account.
Please bear in mind that the following steps must also be included in the recording:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge.
Clear all cookies and cache.
Allow all third-party cookies.
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge.
