The senior team inform us that once deleted the Microsoft Services Account (MSA) associated with your Microsoft certifications, resulting in the deletion of those records. We are unable to restore Microsoft certifications for customers who have deleted their associated MSA.
Note that the MSA removal process requires customers to acknowledge and agree more than once that all associated certifications will be removed.
