I accidentally deleted my Microsoft Learn profile from settings. Could you please help me restore my certification history or advise if anything can be recovered?

I accidentally deleted my Microsoft Learn profile from the settings on ********, thinking it was a different account. As a result, all my previous Learn credits and certification exam records have been removed.

I kindly request your assistance in recovering my profile and restoring my certification history, if possible.

If you have deleted your Learn profile, it is not possible to restore it. You would have been warned of this during the deletion process.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/support/learn-profile-manage#delete-your-microsoft-learn-profile

If you no longer wish to have a profile on Microsoft Learn, you can delete your profile and all Learn user data. After deletion, it's no longer recoverable.

Thanks for replying. I understand the Learn profile is deleted. However, I do have valid proof of my certifications through Pearson VUE. Could you please advise if I can create a new Learn profile and relink my certification data using my MCID or exam records?

No, there is no method to do that.

Hello, Dhatchayini.

Welcome to Microsoft Community. We hope this message finds you well.

From your request, we understand that you're looking to restore your Microsoft Learn account. We're glad to help!

This issue is because the profile was deleted. The senior team inform us that once deleted the Microsoft Services Account (MSA) associated with your Microsoft certifications, resulting in the deletion of those records. We are unable to restore Microsoft certifications for customers who have deleted their associated MSA.

Note that the MSA removal process requires customers to acknowledge and agree more than once that all associated certifications will be removed.
