In reference to the Microsoft Virtual Training Day (MVTD) event, normally, after you finish your training, a ‘Thank You’ email will arrive within 5 business days. This email contains your 50% voucher code and will be sent to the same email address you used to attend the event. If the last day of the event was October 18th, you will be expecting the email by October 25th since it is the 5th business day after the event.
In addition, it is also advisable to check your spam/junk folder because it might have ended up there. Should you face any technical issues, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies might help.
Meanwhile, if you haven't received the email by then, kindly provide the necessary information through the private message that I initiated and I will have this forwarded to our support team for them to investigate and provide a proper resolution.
On the other hand, if you’re an ESI Learner utilizing a company discount, please contact the ESI Support team for further assistance. Kindly refer to the private message I have initiated for their contact details, and please make sure to use your work email address when creating a ticket with them.
After coordinating with the ESI Support Team, kindly provide the Case ID through the private message for us to monitor your case.
