We would like to inform you that we have successfully merged your accounts to a main MCID.

Please access Your Dashboard using your updated credentials, which we have shared with you via Private Message.

Keep in mind that to avoid duplicate accounts in the future, please use the same MCID and email associated with your current Microsoft Certification account when registering for exams.

Keep in mind that Certificates are available for all Certifications in Your Dashboard except for Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) and Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), which should be visualized and downloaded directly from your Exam Provider's site, in this case on Certiport.
