I Have completed MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator and passed, but i am unable to download the certificate and badge

I have completed MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator. But i didn't receive the certificate and badge to my mail id.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you are unable to see your Administrator Expert Certificate on your Learn Profile after passing the MS-102 Exam.

If you passed only the MS-102 Exam, please note that this does not issue any certificate until the certification prerequisite is completed. To obtain the Administrator Expert certification, must complete the following requirements:

1. Pass the MS-102 Exam

2. Have active one of the following certifications:

For additional information, please refer to the Certification prerequisites in the Expert certification page below:

Important: the certification page lists the Messaging Administrator Associate as one of the prerequisite options. However, the page is pending to update and remove this retired certification from the list.

However, if you have already completed any of the requisites listed above, please reply to this message and we will continue assisting you.

If your inquiry is answered and no additional assistance is required, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, it will be closed and locked after one business day.
