I took the MS 70-271 in 2009 and I am unable to find the certification in my profile

Hello,

I do not know my mcid however I did find a scan of the sheet I got from prometric when I passed my 70-271. Would this be helpful in finding a record of this to submit to my employer?

Thanks so much
