I took the MS 70-271 in ***** and I am unable to find the certification in my profile

I was recently asked to upload proof of a certification that I took a long time ***** and I no longer have the paper documents showing I passed the exam. I was told that I could go to learn.microsoft.com and login to find it however I'm unable to locate it. It shows that I have 0 certifications. Is there someone that can look this up even though it is very old.

In this case, to have access to your account we recommend you use the following option: Recover your account or you can contact the Accounts and Billing Department by calling 1-800-642-7676 in the US.
