KPMG employee not getting 100% discount for certification.

I linked my KPMG work mail with my Azure account. I was able to schedule my AZ-900 exam with a 100% discount once I paired my KMPG account.


However when I try to schedule for the AI-900 exam with only gives me a 50% discount instead of a 100%.


Can someone help me on how I can get the 100% discount for the exam?

As of 1st March, ESI no longer provides 100% off discount.

As mentioned by teriaavibes, the changes in the discount policy for employee discount took effect on March 01. With this, the team that handles and have a better understanding of the benefits gained through your employer is the ESI; I would advise getting in touch with their support team first for any additional help in order to make use of the free voucher in rescheduling. Kindly use your company email address when opening a ticket with the ESI Support team by clicking the link below:
