The transcript ID and Access Code can be generated from the transcript sharing tool.
Below are the steps on how you can share your transcript.
1. Sign in to http://microsoft.com/mcp
2. Go to ‘Your dashboard’
3. Once directed on the requested page, please click on ‘Share’ under the transcript tile
4. On the next page, you can create an Access Code. The code must be alphanumeric of 8 characters. You will not be required to create a Transcript ID, since the system will create it automatically.
5. Once the code is created, you can provide the link mentioned below along with the Transcript ID and Access Code to share your transcript:
Please refrain from sharing the new Access Code with anyone. Also note that the transcript will only list your name, current certifications, and passed exams. It will not list your MCP ID, address details,
or failed exams.

I checked our database and found that you have a duplicate account. This was created because you have added your middle initial when you took your test.
I have successfully consolidated the two profiles.
To see the updated information, please check your transcript.
When registering for exams in the future, please use the information (name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number) as it appears on your current MCP profile. This would ensure that the exams
get updated under your existing profile.
