MCP Profile corrupted impossible to book exam or renew cert

When I try to book a new exam using my MCP credentials, I now get this message: "Before registering with this Microsoft Account, please check if you may have previously registered with a different account". On clicking next, I am asked to 'Create your profile', I click next and eventually return to my MCP profile. Nothing changes.

I have recently changed nothing with my MCP profile, but this message prevents me from doing anything. I urgently need to renew my certifications, but I cannot do this as this error message is a blocker.

Hey Mark, I am experiencing something similar with my renewal. I'm following this thread When trying to access my training on Microsoft Learn, I keep getting - Training, Certification, and Program Support for any updates on this.
