I got my MD-102 result from Pearson Vue website with "pass" score, but this info is not sync to my Microsoft learn profile under certificates. When will I be able to download the certificate?

I had the same problem, but you can download your certificate directly from the Pearson Vue Web Site - https://wsr.pearsonvue.com/testtaker/registration/Dashboard/MICROSOFT
