Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification

I have noticed that the "Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert" (or "Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert") certification is not displaying in the Certifications area (of my Learn portal)

What has been done -

* Passed MS-100 exam on the **removed**

* Passed MS-101 exam on the **removed**

* Connected my certification profile to Learn (well before passing both exams)

Can you please advise why the certification does not show?

After verifying your account, we would like to inform you that we found your Certification profile under the email address: (Private message)

How you previously stated that "Both Certification profile and MS Learn accounts under personal email address (Private Messages - Microsoft Community)" we went added and updated your Certification profile email to Private Messages - Microsoft Community

Please confirm to us if you can access it without problems and if you can now view your Certificate. Remember that the system takes 24-48 hours to update the information and after that you will be able to see your Learning History under the account.

Please note, that to earn the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert Certification, you will need to present the Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator before the Exams MD-100 and Exam MD-101 are retired. If not presented before the Exams MD-100 and Exam MD-101 are retired you will need to present any of the following prerequisite to earn the Certification for Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert:

Following your first questions, no if you present the Exam MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, you will not earn the Certificate wanted. As you already have the prerequisite which are MS-100 and MS-101. Now all you need to do is present the Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator , to earn the Certification for Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert - Certifications | Microsoft Learn.

Also we apologize for our previous mistake with the exams names. MD-101 and MD-100 instead of MS-100 and MS-101.

Please note that on the imagen below, kindly provided by you the Required Exams, means that you will need to pass MS-700 to obtain only the Certification for Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate.

ImagePlease note that, for the Certification Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert , you need to obtain first one Prerequisite and then one Exam.

Keeping in mind, that you already have the Prerequisites MS-101 and MS-100, now you only need to pass the Exam MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator - to obtain the Certification for Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.
