Microsoft Azure AZ 900 download

Hey ,


I  completed  my  AZ-900  from  certiport  i  received  a  mail  containing  my  Microsoft  certification id  but  when  I'm  logging  to  the  dashboard  using  my  mail  id  by  which  I  gave  exam  that   MCID  is  not  there  I  think  two  accounts  are  created  Or  something like  that.  


Please  assist me  to  download  my   certificate .

Hi, Talish.

 

We have received your details and we can confirm that at this moment, you do not have a secondary Account under your name. The reason you are unable to access your records is that your Profile requires completion of a Migration process.

To proceed with the Migration, please follow these steps:

1.    Open your Microsoft Edge Browser and begin a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N.

2.    Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar: https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

3.   To link your Current Account, type a Microsoft Email Account into the login field.  The login must be one you have never used before in a Microsoft’s Certification Profile (if you do not have a login, we invite you to create one Here).

4.    If you are shown an error message, please select the option “MCP Home” which will direct you to Your Dashboard. You can then copy and paste the same link into the search bar on step 2. 

5.    After you have selected the option “MCP Home”, it will open a new window to Your Dashboard, as shown in the image below.

6. Once Your Dashboard page opens, please delete the URL and paste this one:

 

 

 

7.    After pasting the URL and pressing enter, you will see this website. Please fill in the blank fields with the following information:  

  • MCID: 

  • Access Code: 

 

To protect personal information, these credentials are provided via Private Message.

After you finish the Migration with your Account, please message us so we can proceed accordingly.

We look forward to hearing from you so we can help you resolve this issue. If we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and concluded after two business days.

As we understand from your post, you are Missing your Certiport's Certificate from your Profile. We are happy to help you with this inquiry!

Please know that all Certiport's Certifications are only visible and available to download through Certiport’s page. Your Certificates and Exams and Exams take with Certiport can also be found on your Transcript, which can be downloaded through your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. It may be used as a proof of accreditation as well.
