Microsoft certification AI-900 taken via certiport not appearing in my certification dashboard

Hi,

I have cleared the AI-900 certification(certiport) on ********and PL-900 certification(pearsonvue) on**********

Only PL-900 certification is visible in the certification dashboard and AI-900 I can view only in Certiport.

My account id is********* and linked student account is **********

As you mentioned you visualize two MCIDs, we need to proceed to merge your accounts to avoid issues with the platform.
