Microsoft certifications certifcate document

Hello

I have lost my access to my old email, which is the one used for a completed Azure 900 certificate. Is it possible to get access to this certificate at this point, if so how?

As we understand, you need help to retrieve achievements from the past. We will gladly assist.

We want to inform you that the certification profile has been moved to Learn account: You no longer need to maintain a Certification Profile or MCID separate for your Learn profile, in this case your certificates and information will be in your Learn account.

As of now, we cannot provide the account the achievements are linked to. This is because the current policies do not allow us to access personal information related to certifications.

To locate your previously achieved Certifications, we advise following these steps using all the Microsoft accounts you may have associated with your Certification Profile in the past.
