2 days back, I booked a 'Microsoft Exam Replay: MCP exam + Retake' voucher from the Mindhub website. However, I encountered an error after making the payment, despite the deduction from my account. I sent a request a full refund of the amount to my account since I have already booked the exam with a single attempt directly from the Microsoft website. However I did not receive any reply from Mindhub. I tried to connect with them with other options but no support. Request you to look into it & request them to process the full refund.
