Microsoft Learn Profile Email Address

HI team,

I need to retrieve the email address linked to my learn profile. I am receiving communications in my secondary gmail account and have access to my certification and membership numbers but I cannot recall which email address my profile is linked to. If you could supply me with my linked username/email address then I am able to reset my passwords and gain access to my Learn profile.

Could you kindly assist please?

Based on your inquiry, we understand you want to know the MSA (Microsoft Account) linked to your Learn profile. We are glad to help.

Starting July 8, 2024, Certification profiles contents migrated to MS Learn and now certification contents are managed via Learn Profile. Some of the previous services related to Certification Profiles are now self-assisted (profiles merging, legal name change, etc.)

With the changes implemented in our platform (links below), our internal security policies were updated, and our Support Team is no longer able to confirm to our customers any personal information from their Learn Profiles or complete any of the aforementioned processes.

 

Microsoft Learn doesn't manage Learn profiles on behalf of users. Online authentication via a Microsoft account (MSA or Microsoft Entra ID) is the only method to verify ownership and access a Learn profile. If you have lost access to the account associated with your Learn profile and no longer have access to your Learn profile, you'll have to recover the authentication account through its recovery process to regain access to your Learn profile.
