Microsoft learn stuck on "compiling your assessment" for AZ-104 practice exam

I spent the past hour and a half taking the exam on microsoft learn only for it to hang and get stuck on "compiling your assessment". Now I am never going to know my score and the past hour and a half has been wasted. I worked as a cloud engineer for *** and ever since I got my hands dirty with Azure about a month ago Microsoft has been causing problem after problem after problem. Even the most basic things cause tons and tons of issues. This is the 3rd issue I am submitting a support ticket for just in a month. Absolutely unbelievable.(PS- to everyone reading, it also took me 3 tries to UPLOAD this image. Yes- 3 tries.)

Hello, Harsh Ravuri.

We appreciate your reaching out to Microsoft Community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand that you are having issues with your assessment for AZ-104. We are glad to help you.

We kindly ask you to proceed with the following steps, so we can investigate the reason you are presenting this issue.

First, please let's follow the troubleshooting steps below, to rule out browser-related issues:

1. Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g., Edge).

2. Clear cache and cookies: make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both, Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, and then click Delete.

3. On the Delete Browsing History window, make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both, Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, then click Delete.

4. Allow all third-party cookies through browser settings.

5. Please make sure that you have the latest version of the Edge browser.

6. Access in a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browser.

7. You can find instructions on how to collect a Newtwork trace in the following link: How to collect a network trace | Microsoft Learn

If there are no changes, please send us a recording of the dashboard through Private Messages - Microsoft Community showing the options that you have tried so far, you will be able to use PSR (Problems Steps Recorder) following the next steps:

It is necessary to display the email address used at the time of accessing the Learn Profile page, and the error message you encounter while presenting the renewal assessment; we advise you to take multiple screenshots of these if necessary.

Keep in mind the PSR tool is set to a limit of 25 screenshots as a default, if you need a higher number of pictures to show the process, please change the number to at least 100 screenshots in the tool’s settings.

We look forward to hearing from you again. Please keep in mind, if no response is received, we will close the case in the next two (2) business days.

None of this works and it has already been more than 24 hours since I have posted. I cannot waste hours and hours of time on a practice test. Please fix microsoft learn before you start offering practice exams on there. I can see from my google searches that I am not the only one with similar issues.

You can go ahead and close this case.
