Microsoft Legacy Training Courses Completion Certificates

Hello,


How do I retrieve old Microsoft training course completion certificates? I took several Microsoft classroom training courses from Convergys back around 2001 to 2003 and cannot remember the course numbers and have misplaced the completion certificates. I know I took a database management, SQL, and a server course but do not have any additional information.
