As we understand from your post, you have achieved some Microsoft Azure Certifications, and you would like to know where to participate to receive a Microsoft T-Shirt. We are happy to help!

Please note that, as of now, Microsoft is not providing any kind of merchandise or prize for completing Exams or achieving a Certification through the MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) program.

However, we have made a careful review of your case with our team, and we can confirm that your request is directly related to Azure. We made this conclusion based on these points we have found in the Terms and Conditions of one of their promotional campaigns:

"5. HOW TO ENTER: You will receive an entry by publishing your Microsoft Azure Skills on your LinkedIn Profile’s Skills section. If the participant doesn’t have a LinkedIn Profile, one must create one and publish the badge under the ‘Skills’ section of their LinkedIn profile. Students, working professionals, job seekers who have attended one or more of the Microsoft learning, training or skills sessions, virtual classroom sessions, Azure Developer League or similar program related to AI, Data Sciences or Azure between 1-July 2021 to 25 June 2022, are eligible to participate in this Promotion. The entry limit is only one per eligible individual irrespective of number of Azure Skills. We are not responsible for excess, lost, late, or incomplete entries. If disputed, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address, social media account, or other method used to enter.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION If all the details required by Microsoft are accurately provided by you, you will be eligible to receive an assured gift. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry no more than two (2) days following the selection with assured gift claim instructions, including submission deadlines. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim an assured gift or fails to return any Forms, the selected winner will forfeit their assured gift and an alternate winner will be selected time allowing."
