Migrate MS Learn Account to another Personal Email

Hey!

Please give me a hand to migrate from a hotmail account to another one. This post is currently with the new account I want to use now for.

I watched that you can help me via a private message in order to do this procedure.

Please give it so. Thanks!

Hello, David Serna Gutiérrez.

We appreciate your reaching out to Microsoft Community.

According to your request, we understand that you wish to transfer your current MSA to a different one. We are happy to help with this process.

Due to the updates that have been implemented to the Learn platform over the course of the past few days, and the improvements in our security processes, our support team is no longer able to verify or update any
Microsoft Accounts associated with your Certification Profile.

Please note that the system currently allows us to add an additional account, such as your main personal account, the system permits adding 1 to 5 work accounts to a personal account, but it does not allow associating two personal accounts within a single learning profile

This is because, since July 8, 2024, our platform has undergone significant changes: Keeping Certification and Learn Profiles is no longer required, as the Certification Profiles have moved to MS Learn. For this reason, properties such as MCID or Certification Profile are no longer in use. Instead, the certification progress from our candidates will be contained directly on their Learn profiles.
