Missing Voucher from Microsoft Virtual Training days

Good morning,


I recently signed up for the Microsoft Virtual Training Days - Power Platform Fundamentals session that took place on *Removed* and as I am looking forward to achieve the last step on my learning with Microsoft that was complete the PL-900, but unfortunately I did not receive any vouchers. Would it be possible to assist me with this question? Are we provided a voucher after the session has been completed?

I appreciate your hard work and commitment in signing up for the training, and I understand how helpful it is for you to apply for a voucher for your exam. Rest assured that I will provide you with the information and the current offers that we have.

Usually, a candidate will receive an email which contains the voucher-less discount offered by the Microsoft Virtual Training Day (MVTD) within 24 hours after completing the training. However, please note that the MVTD discount offer has been discontinued since March 28,2023. They have recently concluded the events and upcoming schedules will only be served for training and learning purposes only. Please note that if you have attended the event, you may have noticed in the event description and confirmation email you will receive, with the discounts not being mentioned.

For your reference, here’s a snip of the “Thank you” email for the previous MVTD discount offer:

The above sample email covers steps in redeeming the discount, while the “Thank you” email you received no longer covers the discount since this offer has already ended.

Meanwhile, if ever you received a notification that you will receive a discount after attending MVTD's date of discontinuance, you may send me the confirmation email or screenshot with the additional requested information through the private message that I have initiated.

If you want to consider different exam you may want to check the current offer we have through this Microsoft Cloud Skills Challenge | 30 Days to Learn It which all eligible individuals who complete an eligible learning journey course within 30 days of signup will receive a voucher which may be redeemed for 50 percent off the cost of a Microsoft Certification exam at an authorized Pearson Vue testing center or through a Pearson Vue online proctoring site.

If you are a student, please make sure that your certification profile shows "Student—verified" under the job title on the registration page. This will enable you to get 30% off for fundamental exams and 45% off for role-based exams, However, this will change if you're residing in China or India; as of now, the only available discounts for students on the said countries are for fundamental exams.

 

Note that student discount will not appear on the discount page, kindly proceed to the checkout page, and it will be automatically deducted from the original price. If you need more guidance on how to identify yourself as a student in your certification profile, please visit our Student discounts page and follow the steps.

 

Moreover, if you are currently employed and if your company is affiliated to ESI, please contact ESI Support Team as they cater questions/concerns related with ESI discounts.  

Please make sure to log in using your work email address and they typically respond within three business days.

Meanwhile, you may also visit the Microsoft Events Catalog and Microsoft Learn Blog for upcoming events and training that may offer vouchers.
