MS-300 Exam

Hi.

This will be my first time getting a certification so I'm quite confused with the standards. I'm planning on taking up MS-300 and upon visiting the site today, it says there that the EXAM is due to expire this Aug 31 2020.

Can someone please tell me what does this mean, particularly if this affects the validity of the certificate, if ever I passed?

Hi JC1099,

Exam MS-300 will retire on AUGUST 31, 2020.

Note: Exams retire at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time. This means that after the said date and time you can no longer take this exam.

If you pass the exam before the retirement date, this will still be available on your Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

Exam MS-300 is only part of the requirements to obtain Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate certificate. In order to earn certificate, you also need to pass one more exam MS-301. Please refer to the exam requirements below:
