MS Learn Profile - Certification Tab broken "Oops... something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again." (still)

I waited for Microsoft to report the issue had been resolved (globally) but I am still getting the "Oops... something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again."

I have cleared my cache, tried Chrome and Edge and a different computer and so on. So there is still something broken. I see others are still reporting the same thing.

We have received a response from our Specialized Team regarding this situation, and they reported that this was a known issue that has just been fixed.

Please try to access your profile again and let us know if you can see your achievements, we kindly suggest that you follow some basic troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g., Edge)

  • Clear cache and cookies.

  • Then go to Your Dashboard and please make sure it is connected to MS Learn.

Let us know if more assistance is needed, if we do not receive any response the case will be closed after two business days.
