MSCD question

Hi!

Regarding the MSCD - App builder certification, can one get it by passing the Exam 70-486 - Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications, since this is listed both in MCSA and MSCD ?

Hi Aline-Almeida,

 

Please be advised that an exam cannot satisfy for both MCSA and MCSD certification.

 

If an exam has already taken to obtain your MCSA certificate, you need to pass a different exam to earn the MCSD: App Builder.

 

If you choose to earn the Web Applications with requirements 70-480 or 483 and 70-486 it will leave you with 70-357 or 70-487 as an elective exam.
