Answer

Hi Adil Abdurrazakli,

Using the information you have provided through private message, I was able to locate your account.

The reason why you are getting an error when logging in is because your certification profile is not yet associated to your Microsoft account. Please follow the steps below in order to access the Member Site :

1.       Log in to Microsoft Certification Migration page.

2.       Sign in with your Microsoft account and password that you want to associate with your Microsoft Certification profile.

3.       Once signed in, enter your account credentials (MCID and Access code). *sent through private message*

Once you are done, you can check the Member Site and go to Your dashboard to view and download your badges, certificates and transcript.

In addition, attached on the private message is a copy of your transcript for your reference.

Always make sure that you access your certification profile at least once every 12 months to keep your account active.

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question below so that other learners can benefit. Additionally, please take our short survey to let us know if your support experience has been great or how we can improve.

Please confirm by selecting “Yes” after 2 business days, otherwise the thread will be automatically closed and be locked. Please be aware that after a case is locked, we will not be able to respond, even on private messages. If your concerns were not fully resolved, please post a new question so that we may proceed in assisting you.

All the best,
