My certificate did not appear in microsfot learn

Please note to earn the Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, you must meet two requirements: first, you must pass the MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator exam with a score of 700 or higher which you already got, Congratulations! and second, Additionally, you would also need to obtain one of the following Certifications as prerequisites:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

•  Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate

Please note thta the badges are no longer created directly through Credly, which means they won’t be visible anymore since 2023. Although Credly badges are no longer updated, Microsoft provides digital badges for certifications.


These badges serve as digital representations of your accomplishments and can be shared on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, is the one that is currently in your Learn profile on the section credentials in the certifications tab.


Furthermore, please note that if you have not completed the prerequisite, the certificate will not appear in your profile only the approval exam will be visible. To access your Administrator Expert certificate, you must first fulfill one of the prerequisites listed below.

To generate the link to share your Transcript, please follow the steps below:

1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.

2. Sign in with the Microsoft account (MSA). You need to be aware of the account associated with your registered email, which is the same account you used to take and schedule the exam. If you don't have access to this account or email, you won't be able to view or share the certificate.

3. Click on your user icon, located at the upper right corner of the screen, and select "Profile."

4. Select "Certifications" in the navigation menu, on the left side of the screen.

5. To download your Certificates, select "View certification details" under a Certificate, then click "Print certificate."

6. From the printer drop-down menu, select "Save to PDF" to save a copy of your Certification.

7. To share your Certifications, click "Share" and select the location to which you wish to share your Certification.

If in the future, you need to share your certificate via email, LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter (X), follow the steps below to generate the link for sharing your transcript.

1. Please visit Microsoft Learn.
