My certification just expired, I missed it to renew. Can you please activate the free renew test

My PL-300 (Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate) certificate was expired during my wedding. The renew button is gone now. The messages informing me about the renewal process was in the spam folder and I didn't know that I have to renew them before expiration date and since that I missed it. Is there anyway possible to let me do the renewal with Microsoft Learn questionare, please?

As we understand, it was not possible for you to complete the renewal assessment since the system informed you that the renewal link had already expired.

 

In this case, please know that when you receive the renewal email, you are informed about the date and the time the link will expire. With this in mind, we would like to inform you that it is not possible for us to extend the renewal date.

 

However, we would like to check your case in detail and the possibilities to find a good resolution for you. To do so, please share over the Private Messages - Microsoft Community section some information we require to review your MC Profile.

 

We are attentive to your response, bear in mind that if no response is received within two business days, the thread will be concluded.

We have received an update on your case.

"Dear Customer, we have reviewed your case and see that you did not take the renewal assessment prior to ******, when your certification expired. 

We apologize but we are unable to extend your certification based on the Certification expiration policy (link below). 

For future, please allow yourself enough time in advance of expiration to take certification renewal assessments, including time to retake an assessment if you do not successfully pass initially. 

After the certification expires, you will no longer be able to renew that certification and will need to re-earn the certification by passing all the required exam(s). 

Kindly inform us and let us know if we are good to close the thread or if you need assistance or if you need assistance with other matters, rest assured that we will be happy to jump in and look.  If no response is received, we proceed to close and lock the case the next business day.
