My cleared exam of AI-900 is visible in Certiport but not in MS Learn, request you to kindly merge, so that i can download transcript from MS Learn

My cleared exam of AI-900 is visible in Certiport but not in MS Learn, request you to kindly merge, so that i can download transcript from MS Learn. I have already raised the request a couple of time, and i was intimidated that it will take some time. Still i cannot find AI-900 completed details under the transcript of learn.microsoft.com

We understand that you want your AI-900 Certificate to display on the Microsoft Learn Portal.

 

Our Microsoft Credentials team is currently working to improve the overall integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records. As a result of this work, we are temporarily unable to populate Certiport-earned certifications into Microsoft Learn profiles or merge Certiport and Microsoft Learn profile contents.

 

We expect to complete our integration work in the coming months, at which time your Microsoft Learn record will reflect all your Microsoft Certification activity in one place. In the meantime, please be aware that you are still able to manage your Certiport-earned certifications from your Certiport Test Candidate account where you can view and download and share your certificates and your Certiport transcript. We apologize for any inconvenience and for any delay in responding to your case submission.
