My Microsoft Learn profile I had before, which suddenly disappeared.

My Microsoft Learn profile I had before, which suddenly disappeared:I don't know why, but today, when I logged into the Microsoft Learn site, it asked me to create a new Learn Profile for my personal account that I was logged in with, which already had a Learn Profile created that I used on a daily basis.

I do not want to create a new profile because I have a lot of all the achievements, training, and Applied Skills credentials that I have earned. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. his is painful as I reference my achievements (Trophies, badges... etc) as part of my skills. I think when I last looked, I had approx 38 badges and approx 8 trophies. Do we have a status on this yet. Thank you in advance. Someone please HELP. I have posted in other channels wit no help. Please note that we are unable to verify information or perform processes on any given Learn Profile, due to our limited access to the MS Learn platform. Our support team only assists on Certification profiles inquiries.

However, we would like to check with our other support teams any possible workaround.
