My ONVUE system test is loading for too long.

I am planning on taking my science GED test and I need to run a system test on my laptop to make sure everything is okay to take the test. All of my requirements are good up until it is looking for open applications. All applications are closed except for onvue. I have tried running the system test multiple times and it always stops on the looking for open applications.
