NOT ABLE TO BOOK THE EXAM WITH VOUCHER GIVEN AFTER COMPLETION MY AZURE ARCHITECT COURSE

Hi Team,

I have completed the Simplilearn Azure cloud Architect course and was given 2 exam vouchers. I have completed that course in India and given the first exam with one of that voucher. Now, I came to Newzealand and want to book another exam but whenever I went through Pearson exam scheduling it went with errors that you can't book this exam with this currency. I have contacted Simplilearn about this and they told me to contact Microsoft about it. Nobody taking ownership here. Can you please answer this query so that I can schedule my exam otherwise that voucher is a waste which I don't want?

Answer

Hello Kuljeet,

Thank you for your patience throughout this process.

We have received an update from our Support Team, they have mentioned that the price points and currencies are different between India and New Zealand. To prevent candidates buying vouchers at a lower price in one country and using it in a more expensive country, the vouchers are restricted to a particular region.

On the other hand, you can take advantage of the Jobseeker offer, according to our ‘Terms and conditions for COVID-19 Job Seekers’, this exam offer entitles you to register for and appear for one (1) valid Microsoft Certification exam and non-transferrable and is void if you alter, revise, or transfer it in any way.

Also, you might also be interested to attend the Microsoft Virtual Training Days, you can register through the below link and you get the opportunity to get the voucher-less discount.

Hope this helps.
