Not able to login to Pearson VUE page to see my scheduled exam (AZ-203)

Hello,

I've scheduled AZ-203 exam on Sep 05, but I don't see the scheduled exam in my upcoming appointment. I'm not able to login to Pearson VUE page to see the scheduled exam.

I scheduled the exam initially on Aug 09 but ran into same issue at the time of exam. So, I contacted Pearson support team and they rescheduled to Sep 05 but I'm afraid I'll get into same problem again.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Having checked your MCP profile, I found that the Microsoft Account associated to Candidate Id: *****5434 is the outlook.com id ( ** please see private message ** ), this maybe the reason why you are unable to locate the schedule exam because you are trying to sign-in using the @in.ibm.com which serves as the registered email address where you usually receive MCP notifications and flashes.

 

To verify your scheduled exam, please follow the steps below:

 

1.    Sign in via https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp using your outlook id and password.

2.    On the “Your Dashboard” page select “Appointment” to verify you schedule exams.

 

Meanwhile, I was able to locate a duplicate account and this profile was created because you have used different email address during exam registration. In this case, we need to consolidate them to ensure that all the hard earned exams and certificate will be in one place. But since you have an appointment on September 5, 2019 you need to complete the exam first before we proceed with this action. Once exam was completed kindly, post a new question so that we may proceed in assisting you.
