Not eligible for the voucher even after reciving the email from microsoft and completing all the 8 modules in ignite challenge

Hi Microsoft team,

Please help me as although i received the email from Microsoft in my account that i am eligible for the free voucher after finishing all 8 modules in the ignite challenge i am still unable to reclaim the same ,as whenever i enter my email id -*** Email address is removed for privacy *** it says you are not eligible .Screenshot for the same i have attached in the email ,also my earlier ticket was closed without any resolution.

I already tried clearing the cache and in incognito mode and also waited for few days but it didnt work please look into this asap.
