Thank you for confirming that you were able to find your congratulatory email in your spam folders.
Furthermore, I was able to successfully consolidated your duplicate profiles. To access your profile using your preferred Microsoft Account, please follow the migrations steps below:
1. Use Chrome/Edge browser in InPrivate/Incognito.
3. Sign in using your preferred email and password.
4. Once signed in, enter the MCID and Access Code, I sent through private message.
To avoid duplicate accounts in the future, I highly suggest you use the same information (e.g. name, email address, mailing address, phone number) on your current Microsoft Certification account when registering for exam/accessing the Learning Site.
In addition, you can access your Certificate by following the instructions on the Access your certificates page. For score reports, please use this How to access your score report page.
