Not getting congratulations email and certificate profile still not updated yet

I took the az700 exam on Wednesday, **removed**. I saw the congratulations page with scores in that day. Unfortunately after waiting for a week, I still haven't gotten a Congratulations email nor status change on my profile page.

Who should I contact to resolve this issue?

It's my understanding that you weren't able to receive a congratulatory email for your AZ-700 exam, and the certificate isn't reflected on your dashboard. Let me be of help by sharing with you further information regarding this matter and investigating the issue.

 

Upon checking, the congratulatory email along with a copy of your score reports will be sent to the email address you used for registration. I highly suggest checking your email's spam and junk messages as well, as it might have landed in these folders.

 

Also, I appreciate you sharing a copy of your exam details. With that, I was able to verify your AZ-700 exam status and verify that it is successfully reflected in our system.

 

In addition, a duplicate profile was found using your email address that needs to be merged to ensure that all of your learning activities are in one account, as this is also one of the reasons why the exam is missing from your dashboard. Since you don't have an upcoming appointment that might cause delay in consolidating your account, I have sent more information to our private message to proceed with the merging process.

Thank you for confirming that you were able to find your congratulatory email in your spam folders.

Furthermore, I was able to successfully consolidated your duplicate profiles. To access your profile using your preferred Microsoft Account, please follow the migrations steps below:

1.     Use Chrome/Edge browser in InPrivate/Incognito. 

2.     Go to https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp

3.     Sign in using your preferred email and password.  

4.     Once signed in, enter the MCID and Access Code, I sent through private message.

To avoid duplicate accounts in the future, I highly suggest you use the same information (e.g. name, email address, mailing address, phone number) on your current Microsoft Certification account when registering for exam/accessing the Learning Site.

In addition, you can access your Certificate by following the instructions on the Access your certificates page. For score reports, please use this How to access your score report page.
