I understand that you accessed your exams through your Learn dashboard but were unable to receive exam registration confirmations and certificates via email. I will ensure to provide you with options on how to obtain them.
Upon checking, the confirmation of your exam and certificates will be sent to the email you used for registration. Be sure to check your email's spam and junk messages as well, as it might have landed in these folders.
If it's still missing, it would be best to contact the exam delivery provider to resend exam confirmation. They have real-time access to your appointment. Visit the links below for the testing center where you scheduled your appointment:

To access and share your certificates to Credly, please check View, use, and share certificates and badges page (be sure that you are signed in using the correct account).
