Not Receiving Emails from Microsoft Regarding Exam Schedules and My Certification Badge is not found in Credly

Recently I've attempted AZ-900 and Dp-100 Exams ,I have not received any of the mails from MICROSOFT regarding my exam schedule links and all, ive got into the exam through Microsoft learn and attempted them, I'm also not receiving any of my certification mails, and also my Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate badge is missing in Credly portal I need to submit my certification in my organization so expecting a resolving initiative ASAP

I understand that you accessed your exams through your Learn dashboard but were unable to receive exam registration confirmations and certificates via email. I will ensure to provide you with options on how to obtain them.

Upon checking, the confirmation of your exam and certificates will be sent to the email you used for registration. Be sure to check your email's spam and junk messages as well, as it might have landed in these folders.

If it's still missing, it would be best to contact the exam delivery provider to resend exam confirmation. They have real-time access to your appointment. Visit the links below for the testing center where you scheduled your appointment:

Pearson VUE: https://home.pearsonvue.com/microsoft/contact (select your region)

Certiport: https://certiport.pearsonvue.com/Support.aspx

To access and share your certificates to Credly, please check View, use, and share certificates and badges page (be sure that you are signed in using the correct account).

You can also share with me the requested details I sent via private message to locate and verify your profile.

Thank you for responding to our private message.

We are still waiting for you to share your MCID with me so that I can locate and verify your profile. Once your profile is verified, we can check the correct email address to which your confirmation emails were sent. Alternatively, you can also check your certification profile and look for the 'Contact email' section. You can then check this email for the confirmation emails.

Meanwhile, please confirm whether you were able to contact the exam delivery provider to resend your exam confirmations. If you were able to do so, please let me know, and I will proceed to move this thread to our Certification Team. They will provide you with proper guidance and instructions regarding your missing badges in Credly.

Due to the wrong email address i have entered in microsoft certification portal so i lost my certification mails containing my earned badges so to claim those badges i badly need those mails now i have updated the correct email address now.! how can i get those mails again..?

We understand from your post, your Badge does not appear on your Credly Account.

We have started a Private Message where we will request details regarding your account to complete an evaluation process. You can access this private message on the top right corner of this page, as shown in the image below:

Also, we invite you to provide us with a PSR (Problem Steps Recorder), so we can evidence the situation. 

Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) is a feature to automatically capture steps on a computer. These steps include a picture of the screen during each select and a text description of the selected areas. You can use the tool to save performed actions, such as repro steps, that can be provided to this support in order to troubleshoot or diagnose an issue. 

Please, perform the next steps on your computer to reproduce the problem. You can pause the recording at any time and resume it later. 

  1. Select Start Record

  1. Make sure to use an up-to-date browser. (e.g. Edge)  

  1. Clear cache and cookies (Steps here). Make sure you check Preserve Favorites, website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies; then click Delete.  

  1. Allow all third-party cookies through the browser settings.  

  1. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Edge browser or Internet explorer.  

  1. Open your Microsoft Edge Browser and begin a Microsoft Edge InPrivate browsing session by pressing the key combination Ctrl + Shift + N. 

  1. Go to Your Dashboard

  1. Login into your Microsoft’s Certification Profile and attempt to visualize your Certificates, then log into your Credly Account and Show us your Badge Dashboard. (The email used at the moment to Login should be visible in the PSR) 

  1. Select Stop Record

  1. In the Save As dialog box, type a name for the file, and then select Save

 

You will be able to use the PSR following the link specified for your operating system:

  • The file should be sent in Private Message as .zip format. 

  • The tool only collects the last 25 screen shots. If you see the following in your capture, refer to the “To adjust settings” in the section below to increase this value if you need to capture longer than 25 screen shots. Step 1:

  • These instructions apply to Windows 7 and later versions. 

  • Recorded steps don't capture anything that's typed during the recording. If customer input is important to re-create the issue, you can use the comment feature that's described later in this article to record these kinds of details. 

To protect your data, send the information over the Private Message and once we have received your comments, we will validate the profile and get back to you with updates.
