OnVue chat window popping up during SC-400 test

Hello

I was taking the test. Less than 3 minutes into the test I had the Chat windows taking up my screen with no way to minimize or exit the window. The only option that was available was the "Maximize Window" icon. The Minimize and the X were grayed out. The Chat window was FILLED with a coding language. Very confusing and distracting.

I did test out the Chat and Whiteboard buttons at the very start of the test to ensure they were working. It took a bit for these windows to show up, as they were not immediately responding.

The problem is that the Chat window kept coming back on my test with out me pressing for it. I was confused as to why a bunch of HTML/coding language was coming up instead of an proctor/representative to help me.

After a min or two, someone began talking to me over the computer I was using to test and told them I have this big chat window in the way of the test with no way to close it or minimize it.

The proctor restarted the test and ensured me I would be back where it was. I lost a bit of time but no big deal, I continued. After a couple of mins, the chat window reappeared again with no interaction to the button. This was frustrating and throwing me off my ability to concentrate during the test.

I began talking to the test asking for assistance or a re do on this test over the computer but no one was responding. I hit the chat button but all I got was a OnVue Chat window full of gibberish.

I grabbed my cell phone and took a short video and pictures of what was on the screen. My test had closed after a few moments on its own.

Has anyone else experienced this when taking a Microsoft Certification test at home? A random Chat window appearing with a bunch of language on it and would not go away?
