I checked in the exam AZ104 30 minutes prior, and waited for 1 and a half hours to start the exam. During the waiting time, I contacted OnVUE via an instruction link that poped up on screen. However, nobody helped me as below: Finally the exam started, and the proctor agreed to reschedule my exam. However, I can't see any button to reschedule when I click the link provided. This is the 2nd time the exam delayed more than 1 hour. I am feeling so sad now. Hope anyone here could help.

I called OnVUE, they created the Case number: ***REMOVED***for me. I am not sure if I can get the rescheduled soon.
