Passed Exam SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst *Removed* but no Certificate or Badge yet?

I passed SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst exam *Removed* but haven't received the Certificate and the Badge yet, is there a delay after the exam is passed? I am not sure what is going on here, didnt used to be this way so can anyone provide some guidance?
