Pearson Vue | Log-in issue: I am trying to login to Pearson to view available exam

I am trying to login to Pearson to view available exam times, however, the information entry screen in MS Learn just sits and spins when hitting submit, never getting to Pearson.

I understand the urgency to access your exam. I know the importance of completing the exam as it showcases your expertise and knowledge. Allow me to extend my assistance to have this resolved.

For us to have a full visibility of the error, please send us a step-by-step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device) throughout the entire process, starting from the sign-in page up until the last page that shows the error through the private message I have initiated along with the requested information. This will help me investigate further.

Please be advised that in order for you to successfully access your appointment, you must log in to your Learning Dashboard using the same email address you used when you registered for your exam. Please Log in to Microsoft Learn using all the possible Microsoft accounts that you have. Please check your spam/junk folder as it might land there.

Furthermore, you can consider following the steps below on how you can access your upcoming exam:

  1. Make sure you have the latest browser (Edge/Chrome/IE or Mozilla Firefox) and try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito. 

  2. Clear browser cache and cookies and allow all cookies/third party cookies on your browser settings. 

  3. Sign into your Microsoft Certification Dashboard. (Using the email address that you used to register the exam)

  4. Scroll down to see the Exam providers option, select your exam provider via the drop-down, and click on the Go button.

  5. Please wait for the page to load until you get redirected to your exam provider portal.

  6. Inside the portal, you should be able to view your scheduled exams on the dashboard’s Upcoming Appointments section.

Alternatively, you can access your upcoming appointment via the email confirmation sent to the address you provided upon registering for the exam.

Meanwhile, if you need urgent assistance with modifying your exams, it is best to reach out to Pearson Vue support team as they have direct access and the right tools to modify your exam appointments. You may choose from their chat support or by phone support for real-time assistance.


Should you need additional assistance after obtaining the Case ID for exam provider, kindly provide it through the
private message.
